Walecznych |146 m² klasyki na Starej Saskiej Kępie
Mieszkanie na wynajem
15 000,00 PLN,
Pow. 146 m2
Klasyczne meble, kryształowe żyrandole, sztuka i starannie dobrane detale dobrze współgrają z przedwojennym charakterem budynku.
To jedna z najbardziej charakterystycznych części Starej Saskiej Kępy.
Daleko czy blisko?
Do centrum Warszawy - kilka kilometrów.
Do ul. Francuskiej - kilka minut spacerem.
W pobliżu Park Skaryszewski, tereny nad Wisłą oraz pełna infrastruktura Saskiej Kępy.
Lokalizacja pozwala mieszkać blisko centrum, ale bez poczucia życia w centrum.

Moja opinia
Some apartments could be anywhere. Others belong to one particular address.
For rent: an exceptional 146 m² apartment on Walecznych Street, in the heart of Old Saska Kępa. Spacious, filled with natural light, elegantly furnished in a classic style and surrounded by greenery.
2 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | impressive living area | separate kitchen | garage + additional parking space
Highlights
First and foremost, space. The 146 m² layout has been designed not to maximise the number of rooms, but to offer exceptional comfort.
An expansive living area, a generous dining room, two comfortable bedrooms and a full-sized kitchen give this apartment the feel of a house rather than a typical city apartment.
The building itself is another remarkable feature. Built in 1936 and designed by architect Henryk Oderfeld, this pre-war modernist residence is listed in the municipal heritage register. It contains just three apartments — one on each floor — offering an exceptional sense of privacy and exclusivity.
A garage and an additional parking space are also included — a particularly valuable advantage in Old Saska Kępa.
Interior
At the heart of the apartment is a bright, elegant living area with large windows overlooking the greenery. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating an inviting space for both quiet evenings and entertaining guests.
Classic furniture, crystal chandeliers, artwork and carefully selected details complement the building's pre-war character.
The separate, spacious kitchen is fully equipped, offering generous storage space and a practical kitchen island.
The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a large bathroom with a bathtub.
It comes fully furnished and is ready to move into.
Neighbourhood
Walecznych is one of those streets that make Saska Kępa such a desirable place to live.
Pre-war architecture, mature trees, intimate residential buildings and the distinctive atmosphere of this part of Warsaw create a truly special setting.
Francuska Street, with its restaurants, cafés and independent shops, is just a short walk away, while the apartment itself remains pleasantly removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This is one of the most charming and distinctive parts of Old Saska Kępa.
Near or Far?
Warsaw city centre — just a few kilometres away.
Francuska Street — a few minutes on foot.
Skaryszewski Park, the Vistula riverfront and all the amenities of Saska Kępa are within easy reach.
The location offers the convenience of living close to the city centre without feeling immersed in its busy pace.

My opinion
This apartment is for someone who isn't looking for yet another contemporary apartment designed according to the same familiar formula.
Here, the true luxuries are space, natural light, greenery and the address itself.
It has a sense of elegance and individuality that feels perfectly at home in the pre-war surroundings of Saska Kępa.
